Thanks for this. I am having problems with the re-grip where the handle isn't moving smoothly into my fingers - it feels like it pulls across my palm and ends up where my calluses are. I've tried putting a heavy coat of chalk on the handle to see if that helps. I notice it more on my weak side and with a heavier bell so maybe it is just a confidence thing. Appreciate any other tips you have for this.

Hi Thomas, you want to make sure the handle skips your palm instead of dragging across it. This could be related to a number of things including how you're gripping the bell, how far your arm is from your body, how and where you are unlocking & regripping the kettlebell. It's hard for me to say more without seeing it!
