Sir... I m hostler so Khichdi to nahi milti mess me... But every Sunday woh Tahri banata hai... To mai kabhi kabhar hi khata hoon... Jab ghar par hota tha to in a week 2 -3 se baar to mommy Khichdi banati hi thi... Aaj aapka video dekhakar Khichdi ki yaad aa gyi... Ab mai kal hi banaunga... Thank you Jeet Sir...

You should make this video in your early youtube days because khichadi is very popular in india .All body builders only talk about chiken , eggs, fishes but you should encourage indian meals with some changes in macros.For e.g. to increase protein contents lentils should be used more than rice and as you said to add curd and ghee is very good.

Sir.... Esme aap thoda aur clear kar dete... Difference Between Khichdi aur Tahri... Because Peoples may be confused b/w Khichdi and Tahri. Kyonki hamare ghar ya phir North India ki baat karoon to Khichdi me... We don't use turmeric. We use turmeric and vegetables in Tahri. We use ingredients in Khichdi is... Thoda sa oil to fry jeera and heeng, salt, Moong or Urad ki daal and Chawal... that's it.

Sir, I request you to please read and reply to my comment.... I was advised a diet manipulation for bulking like this( you may have also heard about it) ie protein fasting. So in this we gradually increase our protein consumption in a week and then ,no eating of protein in one day,say, it is sunday. So mon/tue = 1g protein/pound of body weight. Wed/Thurs = 1.25g/ pound of BW. Fri/sat =1.5g protein/pound of BW. And then on Sunday protein fasting which is the diet having no proteins. And of course it will be your rest day. The key to this manipulation is that your body adapts to protein in 48 hrs and then we have to manipulate the protein amount by increasing it so that body does not adapt itself to the protein amount consumed. This will result in no protein oxidation and greater and faster gains, higher energy levels , optimum hormonal balance and much more. However , bulking up takes time. What's your view on this protein fasting diet.

Very Good and Valuable information you are sharing with us regarding kichdi, but I just want to know One things up to which amount we can use Desi Ghee with this???? Because, Ghee contains High amount of Unhelthy Saturated Fats... So up to which limit it's acceptable Sir, because after crossing that limit it's will increase our LDL Cholesterol Levels... That's the only thing I want to know Sir....
