okay, i think i'm ready to share my experience doing this routine push up for the past 30 days, first of all, sometime i would only do them every other day (around 4-5 times a week) , but most of the time i would do this routine every day before single leg pushup - barely 10 reps wide pushup - barely 10 reps staggered pushup - 5 reps tricep pushup - 5 clean reps + 5 assisted tricep pushup side pushup - 5 - 6 reps after/now single leg pushup - 22 reps (today's new max) wide pushup - 18 reps staggered pushup - 15 reps (today's new max) tricep pushup - 10 clean reps + 5 assisted side pushup - 13 clean reps keep in mind that i sometime stop for 1-2 seconds during the 30 second workout window, but i still get the numbers and i make sure i maintain a perfect form in order to count it as a rep Trust me, it never gets easy with this routine despite doing it everyday for example, the staggered hand pushup - is really hard regardless how long i have done it. you just get better with ur ROM and rep count another big improvement i saw is from my side pushup, i always start with my non dominant hand, and it was always the hardest as i am a strong lefty, now i feel like my right arm strength is equally matched with my left whenever i do the side pushups i'm just randomly sharing my experience, it has been great so far, hope you guys will give it a try too
Awesome man! Inspires more to get those results. You should do more variants of arm exercises, goes for any exercise, actually. If you get results with it, make it your routine every-other week arm work out. You just don't wanna overdo one set of exercises, or your results will tend to flatline over time.
Ryan Howell thanks, I'm actually a recreational weightlifter, I'm just trying these body weight exercise because I thought maybe I really should incorporate some bodyweight training in order to train my body in a different way, I'm also at the same time trying to master the handstand push ups and the L sit while I'm doing this along with my gym routine, cheers
Awesome man! Didn't mean to make it sound like you were uneducated in the workouts :) Just was saying in-case! I just started body weight after basically only lifting and doing cardio, and its great. I can already feel the extra strength. It's crazy how much endurance I have gained since starting daily body weight.
No, I never took it that way, and yes, I do feel the same although I do need to step up on my cardio game for the summer along with a more sound nutrition, all the best
Being stuck at home and not out on the rock sucks but every single workout this guy has is amazing. He is modest and has perfect workouts right at my level. He is also not a meat head and very polite.
I was completelу shocked by hoow dramatic the results were after just one week. MMMMyyyy energy levels were noticeeably higher and I felt like an absolutе beast in the gym.. => twitter.com/a9fbb22c16e8018fa/status/742668391975096320 Killer at Home Cheeest Workout 10 Minute Chest Workout Without Weights
On my 2nd round of FB Burn, and can I just say one thing? I despise you, Daniel. Today's upper body workout KILLED ME. My arms are limp noodles. Also, thank you for inspiring me to life heavier and move more slowly, rather than doing a ton of repetitions with a lower weight. I now have definition in my shoulders and arms for the first time since I was dancing every day in high school. I may feel weak as a kitten right this second, but I feel stronger overall than I have in more than a decade. You and Kelli are honestly part of the reason I get up and work out 5 day a week, and I hope you know that we (your viewers) appreciate all of the work that you do.
This was exactly what I needed today. It's snowy and cold out so I skipped the gym but didn't wanna skip my workout. Definitely saving this video for future use!
Just did this workout, planning to make it a routine once or twice a week, solid workout, short bursts make it was to get through but at the end it's killer. 10/10 will do more
Nice vid man. Like the clean style and the straight up real guy approach. gonna adopt this as my post run 2-daily routine for the next 3 weeks - 30secs on, 30 secs off, all the way thru. Great call on the knees! thanks!
thank you! I've been trying different workouts for my chest with my dumbbells and not getting any results after the first day of doing this routine I can feel the muscles tightening already
Have been doing this exercise for around 5 months and I would definitely say it has built me strength and definition allowing me to be able to lift and have much better muscle endurance great vid and would recommend using this one
Is it really helping with your funnel chest? I have the same issue, and it makes me very insecure about being shirtless and whatnot, which is why I even decided to look up chest workouts.
It actually has to do with your nervous system. Your body isn't used to the coordination. This is common for almost every exercise when you are relatively new.
This was great. Thanks! I'd never seen that last variation before. EDIT: Oh man, I did this, then your ab workout, then this again. I am spent. Thanks again!
There is a reason for the phrase "no pain, no gain" you're doing it wrong if your arms aren't sore. The point of it is to get your muscles get sore, or scientifically break your muscle. And then let it heal, the healing process is how you get muscles back. The more you break your muscles, the more you can get bulked up.
*Agoge Diet* really took my diet to the next level. Not only diet, but life. I can see improvements in many aspects of my life. Guys, you rock! #Agoge Diet
I'm a girl and can do pushups without the knees but cant do more than 20 and cant do sets so instead I use my knees. my question is : can i do this exercise with my knees?
I am working on getting my upper body strong enough to do handstand push-ups and This is just what I needed! I'll definitely do this after my primary workouts every day. Thanks a lot :)
Wow! That was tough...especially doing it after UPPER BODY ALTERNATING DUMBBELL WORKOUT - CHALLENGE UPPER BODY STRENGTH AND COORDINATION. Lovin' the FBFlex program!
Awesome video thanks so much. Love this workout whilst I can’t get to gym Are you able to advise me of a similar workout for lats and back, that I can use with this one Thankyou Cheers Geoff
I was doing 200 push ups a day in series by 40 30 and 30 but i twisted my leg and aprox 2 weeks i wasn't working out at all.And now when I recovered I began with my chest again and its not the same my arms get exhausted faster and easier.I tried this workout many times and I never finished it utterly.Like if I do my 200 push ups a day routine for about 3 months will my chest get defined and will I be able to coplete this workout?tnx
La Bintess Dosso im a girl and i did it, but half way through i had to modify the push-ups , so instead of pushing of my toes i pushed up of my knees. But if i work on it long enough i will be able to do it like this guys. Same goes for every girl. Just start out with some basic exercises to build up the strenght and move on from there...baby steps.
Willy Keurig I have the same problem sometimes, did you try do do it on some kind ow towel or something soft? just a little sponge or something. It might be because you/i don't have much ,,fat,, on our hips.
LOVED IT!! THANK YO SO MUCH!! I LOVE YOUR VOICE IT'S VERY PROFESSIONAL ND CATCHY! + YOU ARE VERY HANDSOME! I WILL BE DOING THESE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK AND HOPE TO INCREASE MY SPEED EVERY TIME!
