250g kimchi
1 egg
120g wheat flour
1 tsp gochugaru chili powder
2 tsp of fermented anchovy sauce (in the absence of nuco mam sauce, or even a little salt).
Water (between 10 and 15 cl depending on the amount of kimchi juice)
