Watched a bunch of your videos, the scenery is EPIC. I would love to pitch a tent at the railroad tunnel entrance & go to sleep to the sound of the river. Thank you for the content 🙂

We ride this every year. Stop at Johnny Sacks cabin, into West Yellowstone for lunch and back. One of the best rides. Can regularly see deer, elk and moose. Even run into bears from time to time on the North end of this trail. Best time to ride is late may into early sept as there are some closures for winter habitat. This trail also goes through some summer cabin areas. Just over 100 miles to West and back so plan on most of the day. You are correct as this is the original route of the railroad to Yellowstone Park from the Salt Lake area. Lots to see.

Y'all have some beautiful country to ride out there. I'm in south Carolina, originally from Ohio. On my 6th or 7th quad. Just picked up a '17 brute force 750. 818 miles, lifted, snorkeled, rad relocate, wheel spacers to widen the stance for the lift. HD 14" wheels and new atlas 6 ply tires. Stock as far as mapping, airbox and pipe. $5300.....pretty good.

Thanks for watching. Sounds like a great setup. I’d like to try a Brute sometime. I know I would like the extra power the twin makes.

It’s a fun trail in some awesome country but not very challenging and really no technical sections to speak of. I’ll try to find a trail in the next week or two that has some tougher sections.

@@aaronkelley7448 Yeah when you’re not a challenging trail that’s good sometimes you get to enjoy the scenery you’re not focused on every rock and root and what not in your way you can just ride along the trail and enjoy the scenery

Well for the second time trying to deal on a king quad for the wife and no demos at all , looking for used one also a 2017 Grizzly came up with 145km's / 90 miles on it with a bunch of extras so now i have 2 white colored Grizzly's 2017/2020 , i really figured i was going to try a King Quad for the wife but not being able to even ride the bike even on the lot really bugged me !
@aaronkelley7448
@aaronkelley7448 3 года назад
A matched set of Alpine White Grizzlies would be awesome. Sucks that they don’t have one for you to demo. That’s a lot of cash to drop without being able to test ride. Post up a pick of your bikes. I’d like to see them!

I’ve decided to get a king quad over a Polaris. Your reviews are a big part of my decision making as there isn’t a lot of info out there for the KQ. Seems like such a nice, quiet, smooth machine. I really like that white, it looks so clean. Unfortunately Suzuki isn’t offering that color for the 22 year models so I’ve decided on the matte grey SE with the black aluminum wheels. I found a good dealer in OK that will sell one under MSRP OTD but unfortunately Suzuki won’t take any orders. Looks like I’ll have to wait until the northern US starts getting snow and quits buying ATVs for the year, hopefully. Maybe then Suzuki will offer rebates and I can either find one or order one. Here in central TX there are a few base models with steel wheels but they all want MSRP plus $1000 or more. Not doing that. Anyways, enjoying your channel. I watch them while working at my desk.

Excited for you and hope you’re able to get one before too long. I like the blacked out rims that come on the one you’ve decided to go with. I sure have enjoyed the three I’ve owned and never had any problems with them. I agree they are really smooth riding and running. I love that after nearly 2000 miles my 19 looks and drives like new. No squeaks, rattles or broken parts. My other two were the same. They are put together with care and are made to last. I’m still impressed with it every time I take it out. For me and my riding style and expectations for quality and reliability I think they are hard to match. One thing I’d like to see them improve is the feel of the rear break. All of mine have been a bit softer than I’d like. They chatter a bit when breaking hard. I do like though that they are sealed and are designed to last. Post up a pic or video when you get it. Thanks for supporting my channel. Still trying to arrange a comparison with Polaris. It’s challenging with my Monday off work schedule.

@@aaronkelley7448 I ride this trail once in a while too. Not a bad trail as long as there aren’t too many people since it gets dusty. I agree with you that it isn’t the most challenging trail but there is some good scenery.

Hey I got a question about our Suzuki King quad‘s I just noticed that my service hours clock was set for 100 hours for my first service I look in the manual it says 20 hours or 100 mile for the first service right now. I have 200 miles on it and I never saw and still don’t see a service light coming on so I’m kind of confused I just bought the oil and oil filter for it doesn’t change oil today Saturday but the filter rancher filter cap remover that Suzuki sold me was the wrong size so I had to go to five places to get the right size to fit the filter so I want to do that tomorrow I wanna change out the oil and oil filter and then in a couple weeks I’m gonna take it to a Suzuki dealer where I bought it and they’re gonna do the rest of the service on it but I’m wondering why it was set for 100 hours and not 20. I made a video of the read out I wish there was a way I could send it to you I can’t post it on to your video here at least I don’t know how to.
@aaronkelley7448
@aaronkelley7448 3 года назад
Yeah it’s a bit confusing in the manual. I’d go ahead and change the engine oil now. Sucks that they sold you the wrong filter cap wrench. When you reset your service reminder you will need to choose how long you want it set for. The manual says to do the initial oil change at 20 hours or 100 miles but when I took mine in they said they usually wait until about 200 miles so you should be fine. I went ahead and changed the oil on mine at 100 miles and then took it in for them to do the other initial stuff at about 250. Not sure if you saw it or not but there was a correction to the oil quantity. You should only have just over 300 ML left of your third quart rather than 600 like my video said. As far as a service light coming on, it’s really just an icon shaped like a wrench. It will start to flash when the hour meter hits the time you set. Push the button on the upper right of your instrument cluster until you see the wrench. To the right you’ll see how much time remains for your preselected interval until your next service. Dealers really should set it for you for the initial 20 hours but most of the time they don’t think to do it. Hope this helps and good luck with the oil change
@Coyotethumper5
@Coyotethumper5 3 года назад
@@aaronkelley7448 yeah I went ahead and change the oil this morning Sunday and now I watched a video on how to reset that service reminder so yeah I’m gonna reset it for probably another 200 hrs that should be good for the next service interval for oil per manual. Yeah I have an appointment several weeks from now to have the local Suzuki shop do the other service on it that is recommended to do. Yeah the shop is so busy that I can’t get me in till July 17 Of course by then they will have the woods shut down due to fire season lol. I did save my receipt for doing my oil change and took video of the hours and mileage that I had on it case there’s a warranty issue which I don’t think I’ve ever had a warranty issue with a Suzuki it all.
