As someone who doesn’t follow kingdom hearts, it’s not really even a stretch. I’m not sure I understand the incredulity. It’s pretty obvious...

I'm foaming at the mouth of the possibility of Nomura getting to use his designs for the Star Wars characters. His Vader design is rad af. But I doubt Disney will let that happen.

I was thinking the same: Avengers (Square already have the licensing) and Star Wars will be in this Kingdome Hearts. Also Incredibles or Pixar movies like Onward and Coco

I think the Nameless Star character is Yozora's gf or something, Streletzia is Marluxia's sister. She's the reason he became a Nobody and tried to take over Org.XIII in Chain of Memories with Larxene.

@@HellfireComms I remembered that Streletzia was Marluxia's sisters, but I couldn't remember if it was clear or not who the Nameless Star was, that's why I used "might" in quotations. I personally subscribe to the fact that the Star character is someone we've already been introduced to and not an entirely new character.

I just went though the story of Union cross and I think the nameless star is Skuld, because she’s the only one that time traveled and we don’t know what happened to her, but it’s implied that she is subject x.

@@NoonDragoon The nameless star is not in Quadratum. It's on the other side, which is their reality. Melody of Memory confirms this. The nameless star is likely the girl from the Verum Rex commercial who also seems like a mirror to the female character from the old Versus 13 trailers who was completely written out of 15 :) Her line to Sora when he asks "who's heart she is" is "No ones anymore. They took away my name...everything about me" which sounds alot like the incident between Versus 13 and 15 Edit: Her other lines also imply the change between Noctis from V13 and the Noctis from 15

Those forest shots also make 0 sense with the rest of the trailer UNLESS it's teasing something huge like Star Wars.

@@joelmonteiro1419 The plot of FF7R is directly linked with why that game was split, it's also a different team so it's likely to be 1 game :)

@@SolidSnake240 I think they said development had begun sometime after ReMind released. So I would say its probably been in development for like a year. It's still early in dev, but KH3 had gone through a lot of Square mismanagement + an engine change haha

People think Nomura's trying to resurrect VS XIII, but a remake of The Bouncer is his true goal.

As someone who only played kh1, Ensor seems like the scenario for how that game played. A small enclosed environment where you can run to the bad guy side or the good guy side and talk to people and trigger the world event. Plus there will clearly be a speeder bike mini game.

Quadratum in Kingdom Hearts it's inspired on both TWEWY's Shibuya and FFversusXIII's Insomnia ( which is also inspired on real life Shibuya and Shinjuku ). So the best character for that it's Yozora since he's inspired on Noctis or any Verum Rex character ( or TWEWY ) 🤔. Also Lightning it's not living on Japan at the end of Lightning Returns, she's living on France. The environment it's cleared French not Japanese, but also it does have: - The locomotive is a A1AA1A 68000, that's an Diesel-Eletric Model from a French Rail Company. - There's an "Gare" panel, which means "Station" in French. - Another panel for the Village name which is "Blanc-Château", "White Castle" in French. And a couple of other details 🧐.

I've been frothing at the mouth in anticipation of seeing Lightning in a KH game, ever since that fake Dream Drop Distance leak showing her in it.

Not quite. Union X yes, it’s already a cutscene viewer, but Dark Road is being converted to a no-microtransaction version of itself. It’s been unplayable for months while they work on that and the final story chapter (and keep delaying the release).

I think Quadratum is likely going to be the Hollow Bastion/Twilight Town of this game, so Sora's costumes will still probably change dramatically for other worlds. Gotta sell those figures too!

Nomura has made official artwork of this Sora alongside the other versions of him from the main games so this is his official new look for KH4.

Xehanort and Organization 13 saga is over which means they won't go back to those Disney cartoon and pixar worlds anytime soon. As the trailer said it's now a Lost Master Arc and they kinda confirmed they're gonna be focusing on this photorealistic worlds in this story.

Donald's magic isnt specified whether he applies it each time or whether it was a 1 time thing. Ventus changed to fit the Castle of Dreams world + Strelitzia has a different look here too Edit: Plus he didnt have Donald in DDD and still changed looks there so....

Chill. Strelitzia only showed up for a few cutscenes in X, and for most people she’s an unknown character.

@@StarseekerAtlas Relax yourself, I'm just amused that in order for any casual fans hoping to understand the upcoming game's plot and characters entirely, they would need to either browse a wiki or play several other sideline games, ha ha (or read an in-game cliffnotes like in 3).

@@AmonsRealm honestly BBS is the only game i could honestly stack up to the original KH, and thats in large part because it took such a different direction than everything else. i never played the other game though so i cant speak on it honestly. i watched the "movie" in the collections but its obviously missing too much to form a proper opinion on in that form.

Perhaps think about this world of Quadratum as a kind of purgatory for breaking certain laws of nature in the Kingdom Hearts reality. Xehanort and Eraqus perished and their hearts went to their final resting place in Kingdom Hearts.

Many do this. They have no clue who strelitzia is. They believe she’s another xion, kairi, and namine or a verum Rex person.

I think it would benefit Square/Nomura to release something to easily catch up people on the mobile games stories, like was done for the Unchained movie in 2.8. Especially since Streletiza was introduced after that movie was made, and she clearly is important to KH4.

@@NoonDragoon you can watch all the cutscenes from the mobile app without having to play the game now because they shutdown the servers, but it's still annoying because the cutscenes are organized by world rather than chronologically. right now the best method is to watch one of several available cutscene compilations on RU-vid. I think a proper remake or something in the vein of what they did with Back Cover would still be ideal because the story for KHUX is actually really good!

Many people who reacted don’t know her. I mean there’s summaries out there if you don’t want to watch the cutscenes. The kh3 dlc is the same deal those that didn’t want to play/buy it should’ve at least watched the cutscenes. Same with memory of memory.

He has every right to be obsessed with it, Square-Enix treated him like shit and then kicked him off his passion project.

@@HellfireComms If it truly is/was his passion project, fair enough. However, morphing Kingdom Hearts to fit that passion project: Not the best idea. Anywho, time will tell what KH4 will truly become.
