Kingdom of Heaven: Massive Cavalry Battle - Rise and Fall - Mount & Blade: Warband Mod Gameplay - Welcome back to Call to Arms! Today we have a custom battle on a mod called Rise and Fall for Mount & Blade: Warband. This is a 200 man Cavalry only battle. We were trying to recreate the Cavalry battle from the Kingdom of Heaven movie. In the First 2 rounds the Knights of Apollo fight as the Crusaders. And Then we switch to the Saracens. Enjoy the Battle :D

Why would you use a sword over a pole arm in the initial cavalry charge? Not judging just genuinely curious because if I remember lances and pikes are far more effective on horseback over sword at least in the initial charge.

We made it so that the lances could only couch lance but not thrust after that. This was to prevent lance spamming and enable more use of swords after the initial charge.

Pixie at least attempt to do the basics xD If you are not making a swing while mounting , use your shield to block.(thats why in the last battle you got knocked out right away). Also , lances are usual better when mounted. Two handed swords are not made to be used on horseback , their swing is too slow , use one handed and shield instead and you get more protection .

Man first battle I got dismounted and died soon after. Second battle got dismounted and had an escort and then died awhile after. Third battle I was an escort and survived
