Hi! The Sweet Spot is the alignment of your knee when the pressure going through the knee is as even and balance as you can get it. In the video, I show an exercise where you move the pressure around your knees, then balance the pressure. That's your Sweet Spot. @Chicago Chi Hello Can I do these exercises I just had a consultation one week ago I donโ€™t have any tears however, they are contemplating per my x-rays to have a total knee replacement. I am debating and also looking at other alternatives, but in the meantime, can I do this exercise as my doctor did say, I can exercise using my Watch exercising as well maybe right now Iโ€™m just sitting down in the chair to do a total body light weight exercise?
