Julius Randle and 2 1st rounders for Jaren Jackson Jr, money works. Trade Bogie and 4 1sts for Mikal. Starters: Brunson/Mikal/OG/Jackson/Hartenstein Bench: McBride/DiVo/Hart/Precious/Robinson

centers that can shoot are rare. a trade for Jackson gives you an opportunity to play him at the 5, provides Robinson type defense but even better scorer than Randle. Brunson/Divo/Mikal/OG/Jackson would be fkin terrifying. Options to play bigger when necessary with Hartenstein or Robinson.

Mitch is great on the boards and shot blocking, but pretty much one dimensional with no offensive moves and injury prone. If I were the FO, I for sure would keep Hartenstein. Even though I wouldn't mind Mitch coming off the bench as a backup, but I'm sure he wouldn't be happy coming off the bench with the 2nd unit. As for Randle, I would prefer to keep him and see how he comes back next season. If he comes back strong like he did this season and with no problems after the surgery his trade value should be high. As for Paul George, which I hear the Knicks might want to trade for, I would rather keep Randle. PG is 34 years old if I'm correct and another injury prone superstar. I wouldn't mind running it back with most of the team from this season with a few upgrades where needed. On a final note, if the Knicks don't retain OG, then the trade they made for him giving up IQ and RJ Barrett is a failure. Let's go Knicks and thank you for the great season you gave us.

At least there are fans who see what I do. I love the Knicks been waiting 51 years for a title. I'm 61 and seen the horrific teams. Finally have something heading in right direction. I can't stress enough that we need better center play. Look I will support all these players, no doubt. But Mitch is clumsy, bad hands, can't pass, can't shoot and can't stay healthy. Sims has not improved on his offensive game. Needs to learn how to box out as well. His rebounds are through his leaping ability while stretching for the ball, not positioning. Both guys give up ball immediately when they grab it and the other teams know they are not a threat. Is Deuce more of a shooting guard as opposed to a point guard? I think so, hence we need another point guard/ball handler to spell Brunson.

know where you're coming from but seems you're out of touch with the current NBA salary situation. And OG is the premiere wing 3&D in the league. That said I also think 40 is a bit too pricey given his injury history - but worth 30-35 quite easily, anything under is a bargain.

Good luck to any team missing three starters and a pure shooter from the bench..... there's only so much you can handle while continuing to win games. These analysts can talk until they're blue in the face....but the reality is the Knicks are a very different team without Randle....OG.... and Mitch in the rotation. They're going to the finals next year with those guys healthy.

100% agree with Brendan on the OG contract- it has to be at the right price. I've heard $30-$40 per year and that's absurd to me. He's a nice player, should be making similar to what Josh Hart makes- $18 mil/year. Has real limitations offensively, his defense is a bit overrated in my opinion, and he's always injured. Again- nice, solid player, but anything close to $30 million a year is too much.

Agree about rookie center. They will need to trade up to draft higher, shoot for Yves Missi IMO, like a young, more athletic, springier and better inside offensive player Robinson. Rim protector whos super agile and could guard out to perimeter. huge wingspan. he's their guy IMO.

I think we should run it back with Randal. I think we need to do some talking beneath the table, guage who's a FA or UFA at the end of this season and set the stage of another arrival. I think there's a couple of players that want to come here and will if they know the path will be available for them.

ALSO, the Pacers or any team won't be able to double or triple team Jalen anymore once we get another prolific scorer in Julius Randle. Y'all must''ve forgot how we destroyed all the top teams including Philly, Denver and Minnesota with Jalen, Julius and OG healthy. WE NEED RANDLE. We need that additional defensive and offensive presence. Run it back and add Mikal. DO NOT LOSE RANDLE. Keep em, then just add MIkal. 👇
