an in depth look into the tv show car KITT and what the car is capable of. Instagram: Extreme Automotive Addiction EAA (c/o Mike Hill) PO Box 936 Turlock, Ca. 95381
It’s our generations dream car. This and the Bat Mobile. Id do a total restore paint and body, and use Jet Black Glasurit paint. No hesitation. It’s worth it. The kids can call the mecum auto action when I die. 😂😂
Awesome. You bought Steve Parent car. I was actually checking out this car on Craigslist but at the time I didn’t have money for him. Glad he went to a good home. I bought my KITT about 5 months later
Extreme Automotive Addiction , I’m guessing your KITT has speakers under the bumper. Do you have KITT’s phrases on an sd card or a usb stick hooked to the stereo.? I still need to do that with my KITT
This masterpiece was ahead of its time, no doubt... Well I have someone selling it for around 8,000 dollars here in my country is it worth the purchase what about the spare parts are they still available, as Pontiac has been shut down decade ago...
Ya typical GM parts are.pretty readily available. The KITT parts are out there as well just need someone real good with electronics when repairs are needed
You're gonna be popular once they saw you driving this kind of car TRANS AM especially if you own one people who can relate this if they are avid fanatic of KNIGHT RIDER
since some are leaving evil comments, i just wanna say something i thought about, the Dash board is 1st season, FYI a guy in KITT customs has a dash with AC vents, anyways, your upper console is 2nd Season, and the lower console is 1st season, i thought that would be helpful to you
I think the majority were 5.0. Burnouts can be really good and smokey if the rear tires have a little motor oil on them. Not saying they did that but as far as I know they used stock motors
Honestly to have "perfect" paint job wouldn't be true to the actual condition of the show cars. They were pretty rough. It didn't translate over on smaller screens, but if you watch it on modern TV's you will know haha.
@@ExtremeAutomotiveAddiction - Ok. It appears to have the thinner scanner opening which us accurate to the first season of the show. I prefer this look and would like to find one for my car..... if I ever get to build it. LOL
@@knytrydr73 yes that is a thinner scanner, 1 inch very accurate to the show, you can get one complete or just the bar it self, i can give you a link to the scanner if you like! :), the front bumper looks like it could have been made by Marc Brown.
