Thanks for the informative video. Quick question. How hard is it to get the studs out while the rotors are off. I want to add 8MM spacers and want to replace the studs with longer ones.
i've had grooving on numerous cars (GR86, 718 GT4, G80 M3CS) ... always the stock pads which i THOUGHT would be up to the task of track days. why does the rotor groove when the pads are overheated? I ordered some girodisc pads for my z06 so hoping this helps preserve my stock Z06 Rotors!
what were you saying about the set screw on the front rotor? couldn't quite make it out. thanks! any tips for removing those if they're seized? (specific tips about drilling) thanks!
The GP40 worked great on my SS 1LE at VIR - street tires and many summer sessions last August. The wear of the GP40's was fantastic. Don't let the price scare you away.
