Exactly, konosuba makes fun of everyone. Kazuma is ridiculed all the time, he's a lecherous prepubescent boy [they make fun of him masturbating at one point], who's only redeeming skill is that he's fairly lucky. They make fun of Aqua - an insanely magically gifted character that is REALLY dumb and wastes her status points on useless skills and money on drinking. They make fun of Megumin, a talented mage that wastes her potential by just casting explosions because that's what she enjoys and is so hard headed she refuses to use anything but the most powerful spell in her arsenal which leaves her physically vulnerable and wiped. They make fun of the hero by kazuma bullying him and stealing his shit. They make fun of the villains by having kazuma steal the dullahans head after they pissed him off by casting explosion on his castle. They make fun of Darkness who's a really strong paladin that cant hit anything for shit and is a tank not because she's sturdy but because she's a masochist. They even poke fun at the idea that people who want to be transported to a fantasy world, instead of being OP you'd probably be just like kazuma - average across the board and mostly useless but having lofty dreams.

Creating divisions is exactly what they want.

You say that you're friends with someone who claims to be a real, living & breathing human being who biologically identifies as a hermaphrodite? Please ecuse me again, but if that's true, that's genuinely something really interesting. I mean, usually sex is binary, with most people being either one or the other, but never both at the same time. Heck, even I used to occasionally imagine scenarios of someone being born with not just either one or the other, but BOTH sets of genitals at once (that I also assume are fully developed and functioning) as just being part of their everyday norm. Your friend's scenario really intrigues me since I usually hear stuff about trans people and their issues roughly day by day in the news & social media, and I do recall there being an "I" for intersex included in their community acronym. Strangely enough, however, I have NEVER in my life up until now heard any voices of people who claim to have been born with both sets of sex organs. I assumed that either hermaphrodites were a rare occurence world wide and their population was just so small that it was even dwarfed by the likes of the trans community, their voices having been drowned out by the much larger & louder group(s), OR that hermaphroditism in humans USED to exist during ancient times as a natural occurrence alongside single-sex individuals, but might have somehow been bred out of the human gene pool by some social/cultural practice in order to "preserve a 'pure' race", or something along the lines of THAT sort of thing. Again, hope I don't come off as rude or an asshole, and instead just as someone who's very ignorant and curious. I'm not going to dare ask you what she might look like. Just know that, if what you claim about having a friend in your life who biologically has hermaphroditism is true, that that's kinda interesting to me. I'd say it's like some kind of human equivalent to finding a unicorn, imho. Most intersex people are biologically and genetically one sex, but due to hormonal/epigenetic bullshit they develop as the other. A man who looks like a woman and has internal testes where the ovaries would be, for example. A small percentage of intersex people develop both sets of genitals (structurally, not functionally) so they might _look like_ a hermaphrodite, but there hasn't been a case of someone having both sets of genitals be fully functioning (able to reproduce through self-cest, for example).

Literally reading the word should explain the word. "Trans", as in "transition". Implying that there is a passage from one gender to the other, something Sylvia doesn't do and has no interest in. Biologically she's genderless, from her name and her default appearance it can be presumed she self-identifies as female, and just because she's able to shapeshift herself a dong doesn't make her trans.
