Ingredients: 250g Napa Cabbage, 60g Onion, 50g Shiitake Mushroom, 50g Big Green Onions, 70g Shimeji Mushroom or 100g Enoki Mushroom, 180g Beef Belly(Usamgyeop), 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1.2L Water
Condiments: 3 Tbsp Red Chili Powder, 2 Tbsp Doenjang, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Black Pepper to taste, Salt to taste
