Hello, everyone!
Today, I whipped up a refreshing rockcress salad by gently tossing it in a tangy gochujang dressing.
The vibrant and flavorful dish pairs perfectly with rice and is incredibly easy to prepare using simple ingredients and a straightforward method.
It's the perfect choice for when you're craving a tangy side dish.
Sedum Washing and Storage Instructions
Soak and Rinse: Fill a large bowl with plenty of water and submerge the sedum for about 10 minutes.
This allows the dirt to settle at the bottom, making it easier to rinse. You can also add 1 teaspoon of vinegar to the water.
Gentle Washing: When rinsing the sedum, handle it delicately. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing, as this can release a bitter flavor.
Drying and Storage: Drain the sedum thoroughly in a colander and transfer it to an airtight container. Store the container in the refrigerator.
Serving: When ready to eat, remove a portion of the sedum from the container and dress it with your preferred seasoning.
Ingredients: 100g Sedum
Condiments: 1 Tbsp(35g) Gochujang, 1 Tbsp Schisandra Berry Extract or Green Plum Syrup or 1 tsp Oligosaccharide & Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil or Perilla Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

I live in Korea and I'm uploading videos introducing Korean recipes.
I'm mainly introducing Korean food, but instead of traditional recipes, I'm introducing recipes that can be cooked in an easier way using ingredients that are currently used in Korean households.
As a result, you can use imported ingredients instead of Korean ingredients.
Just because a recipe is Korean doesn't mean it's made with only Korean ingredients.
I'm just saying this in case you get the wrong idea.
