Hello everyone!
Bibimbap, meaning "mixed rice" in Korean, is a beloved dish known for its colorful presentation and harmonious blend of flavors.
It is typically made with a variety of ingredients, including vegetables, meat, and a fried egg.
Bibimbap can be made with freshly prepared ingredients, but in Korean households, it is often made using leftover side dishes from the refrigerator.
In this video, I will show you how to make bibimbap using some of the side dishes we made in previous videos, as well as a few additional ingredients.
Watch as we combine savory marinated beef, crisp vegetables, and a perfectly fried egg atop a bed of fluffy rice, all drizzled with a spicy gochujang sauce for that extra kick of flavor
Ingredients: 125g Beef Brisket, 15g Carrot, 2 Shiitake Mushroom, 1 egg, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Condiments: 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Honey, 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, Black Pepper to tast
Gochujang Sauce: 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Gochujang, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce: 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Honey, 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 10g Green Onion, 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Egg soup
Ingredients: 10g Green Onion, 1 Green Chili Pepper, 1 Egg, 550ml Water, 1 tsp Minced Garlic
Condiments: 1 Tbsp Tuna Seasoning Sauce(Fish sauce), 1 Tbps Mirim, 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
