silent subscriber here but have been consistent in watching all your YT videos. 💜 TIP when cooking any type of filipino pancit, (before eating but after cooking) to cut through the saltiness, try squeezing a little bit of lemon. it should be calamansi but i think it's hard to find calamansi extract in South Korea. requesting if you could also try cooking other type of pancit, like pancit bihon. 😁 loving all your travel and food vlogs. 🥰

Next time you may add peeled fresh or cooked prawns with the pancit canton. It is always nice to eat pancit Bokyung while it is freshly cooked or "have it while it's hot! 🍜

Ate sylvia, try cooking the meat first (at least marinated in soy sauce) and then add the garlic and onion(sliced thinly) after. Wait for it to soften then add the veggies that takes a lot of time to cook. Add water and season so it won't be hard to adjust later on after the noodles. Add the noodles over the boiling sauce and add the leafy vegetables on top. The noodles will absorb the sauce and steam the leaves

TIP 1.boil the pork, like for 5mins you can season it as well with salt and pepper. and btw you can use the stock to cook the noodles you just need to adjust the salt by then or soysauce (since it will only add for the color) and you can substitute it with oyster sauce. 2. you can stir fry the pork and then veggies or you can add the veggies last once the noodles are being cooked in stock. it's like cooking pancit canton (instant).

Hi Ms. Sylvia. Nice video. All ingredients seem to be correct. Ideally the pancit should be cooked in a huge wok to evenly distribute the heat to the ingredients. But anyway, that's fine, as long as you had fun making it. It's also nice that you put some Korean twist in it by cooking the whole pork belly strip and trimming it using scissors. 😀I am not sure if you mentioned it in the video, but the principles behind making pancit canton might be similar to japchae, but just with different ingredients. About you French friend, there was a comment about her ethnicity. It's not uncommon to find Vietnamese in France, mainly because Vietnam used to be a colony of France, just like how the Philippines was a colony of Spain in the past.

If Cutting is all the process, If that is the case, even that you failed. The Carrots were cut but you have to peel the outer part first making your pansit rough after peeling making it thin as like strands making your commitment to the pansit as excellence in mind 🇵🇭 Your pansit is like Banayad Whiskey by Dolphy you can feel the shards, but thank you we are definitely entertained. Don't want to comment on the rest like the meat. Just drink to the point of being inebriated, eat the food and say Thank you po salamat, and politely say that the ood is interesting and overall it's entertaining

The pansit canton noodle itself is salty enough so you have to put soy sauce a bit or none at all, next time before putting sauce while cooking you have to taste it first.
