Today we tried to cook Sinigang for the first time ever! Even though we were so worried at first while cooking it, it turned out to be excellent and flavorful as a result😋😋 Loved the cooking session with Bokyung and we'd love to cook in the future as well! What else should we try??? Adobo? Pancit Palabok??

Sinigang mix na may gabi is really delicious than the original. It makes the soup thicker. The real gabi is also good for nilagang baboy..😊

Great Job Sylvia!!👏👏 It’s making me hungry!! You should also, try adding taro and water spinach ( Kang Kong) if you are able to find it; It will even taste better. Also, if you want it to be a bit spicy , you can also add Chili peppers.

My version is that I lightly fry the pork belly then sautee the onion next. Add few spoons of fish sauce. Cover for 2-3 minutes, add the tomatoes. Add water and boil until tender then add the vegetables

The best sinigang is sutae the pork meat from tomato sibuyas. let the pork infuse the tomato&onion wile keep on sutae the pork then add Patis & sinigang mix then let the pork boiling on its own broth up to 5 minutes,then add water not too much,then boiled again then taste it in your desire sourness&saltiness then that's it,good luck happy cooking,&eatwell

Sinigang sa Gabi is the bomb. You should also try cooking using the real taro and crush it to make the sauce really thick!! I enjoyed watching you guys, it's been a while since I had sinigang na baboy sa gabi. Both jade parcels looks nice too, looks easy to cook so I will try. Yum!!!

Hi Sylvia and this goes to Bokyung as well, you are a great cook as a beginnner. When the contents of the pot starts to boil, lift the lid of the pot & lessen the stove fire or heat so that the liquid won't rose up out from the pot then simmer the meat to get tender. Add the veggies radish first co's its hardest to get cook then the okra, talong and few pcs of chilli's then finally the spinach leaves. And add the "sinigang" mix! You may add more ligiud if the flavor is a bit sour and season it to your taste with "patis" and some "magic mix" . P.S. - don't cut the eggplant or "talong" right away co'z it gonna get dark in color. Chop it when it is ready to be added to the recipe! 🍆🍆
