For more dishes like these, I suggest Lumpiang Gulay, Lumpiang Ubod (you're gonna love this), Chopsuey, Calamares, Pancit Bihon, Pancit Lomi and Palabok (pork + shrimp pancit). For dessert, I suggest you try: Leche Flan, Buko Pandan, Maja Blanca, Biko. All these food, including the ones you ate, are all staple foods in a Filipino party, including Filipino Spaghetti and Fried Chicken. : )

When you visit Philippines. Try some rice cakes 1) Putobumbong -its a purple rice cake that is topped with a little bit margarine/butter, latik and brown sugar. It is best paired with hot cacao drink or tea as beverage. Good to eat every cold weather/night time. My definitely top 1 delicious rice cake 2) Sapin sapin 3) Bibingka 4) Puto with cheese. * Pastries Cassava cake and Buko/Coconut pie
