Having a person as supportive as Jodi in your side must feel really helpful. That said, she gets pretty fucking annoying at times, prime example being the Devon vs Prudnik match, this really needs to stop after a certain point. Nobody has to scream on the top of his lungs "ELBOOOOOW" to the ref. The ref knows his job.
I know Vitaly is the hardest guy to slip out of (longest fingers and world record grip strenght) but at top level, like Devon said, if you want the straps you get the straps, you just gotta fully commit outside and even king's move which is gonna result in a slip without straps
Yeah, apparently Dave still didn't fully committed to a slip. When Orgarbaev slip multi times from Levan, he's 100% in slip mode, not even Levan can't prevent that happen.
You are clueless, Devon plays a warrior and then injures his bicep, there's a high chance to injure your wrist during such ''commited slip'', go try it yourself little hero. Главное написать про то, как он проиграл в последнем раунде, когда дал Дейву фору. То есть, я хотел сказать, не давал Дейву фору, а наоборот сам стал бороться в наиболее сильном для него движении. Ведь, как мы знаем, Лалетин всегда борется в связке без взрывного старта, потому что он намного сильнее в этом движении, а топролл вообще никогда не получался у него. Молодец Виталий что оставил последний раунд, Дейв хороший человек и нужно дать ему побороться. Можно было дать лучше 4 раунд чтобы для зрителей была интрига, потому разница в силе была огромна
4 раунда- это зрителям развлечение, а для них это как четыре прицепа кирпича туда сюда одной рукой загрузить- разгрузить ). да и риск травмы тоже никто не отменял

VITALY is in my top 3 favorite armwrestlers: 1st Gasparini, 2nd Vitaly and 3rd Matt Mask. Vitaly is so respectful, a giant gentleman. Then we also have to talk about the fact that after years we are finally seeing the real Vitaly again, this is the strongest Vitaly ever, you can see that he has overcome the physical problems he had for quite some time. When I saw him against Ermes I understood that he was back, even if he only managed to take Gasparini to the ground once (and taking Gasparini to the ground isn't everyone's job), I saw that he was back to his old self. If Ermes hadn't received the lesson against Devon, (a lesson that did him a lot of good), and hadn't started training his hand and wrist, (it took Devon to make him understand that he has to train his hand and wrist, something he hadn't done since and years), he would have lost against Vitaly. He would open his hand and take him down like Chaffee did. so Vitaly is back and personally I put him between 4th and 5th place, I want to see the match between him and Georgi (but honestly I give Vitaly the favourite).
nah, it seem like vitaly give him a pin, i mean not for free but vitaly has used no more then 80% of his strenght, dave was even in a bad position for an injury, and vitaly is too kind to risk to hurt dave.

Do they actually mic Jodi extra or is she just quite loud? I don’t mind the chirping necessarily but she maybe goes a bit overboard. Why is she so invested in yelling about the other matches anyways?
She seems to think people like hearing her yell or that she's genuinely helping the athletes too 🤦♂ And ever since her "elbow" became a meme, she's gone fully balls deep with it and yells that 17 times per minute.
In the WAL days she’d have her miniskirts on and climbing all over the barrier like a stripper. Convinced she does big lines of coke before matches and can’t bring herself to be quiet because of it.
I'm glad his strength is about 85-90% back, though. He managed to win the last round with straps. I think he just needs to be faster and needs a stronger hand and wrist, because Vitaly is dangerous without straps. He defeats his opponents by slipping their hand and grabbing their fingers

Loosing to vitaly there is no shame he’s a monster and much stronger then before Dave showed he’s still got that muscle car power when he can find his range but vitaly hits quick and top role is unbelievable! He was ready this time! Hats off to both they are amazing arm wrestlers
Crazy stuff man, even a great can go from still being formidable and crushing into his late 40s+ and actually beating a fricking prime laletin here which Dave did like what year and half ago...to now losing what is it like 5-6 straight matches against both guys he should still be able to crush and against formidable elites such as again Vitaly here.....makes me really grateful for having John Brezenk and what he did in 2021-2022 and Todd Hutchings and Jerry Cadorette of late as well, still being legit world rated in there fricking early/mid/late 50s is incredible against prime peak freakish European guys to! but eventually its got to go and get to the point of no return and unfortunately it seems like Dave Chafee unless its a fluke or he needs to take time off to recharge! but he may be about at that time! and likewise with Breznk who up until the Irakil match was really doing some incredible incredible things! that leaves Todd Hutchings and potentially jerry Cadorette as the old guard American legends still remaining in the world rated elite mix.

Dave couldn’t even slip his hand out and get to the straps. Round 5 proved he would have done much better in the straps in 1-4. Finally! But overall, I’ve never seen him dominated like this.
Dave got injured last time and he had to spend time and money to recover from that. This rematch made that money back, put an ok show for the people, helped Vitaly with a win, still looked dominant in the straps.
Dave is such a warrior, even with his mimited capacities atm, he defended well in the last round He has to heal now and Vitaly has to work on transitions, and he might be n1

Honestly Dave should have gone for straps from the second round right after what happened in the first. Could have been a different outcome... Yep, Vitaly didn't allow him to slip so it is fair to say that Dave did try to but couldn't.
Slipping from the russian is the issue, even Ermes, who has insane back pressure, said that it felt like his hand and fingers were going to get crushed throughout the match and while trying to slip
He literally couldn't he tried Vitali is widely known for his ability to not allow his opponent to even slip out to get to straps in the first place, heck even in many matches he has lost his opponents rare escape the match with him with there hand not at least partially injured and hurt he's a freak for sure.
I think once Dave’s neck completely recovers and feels right he’ll be giving guys trouble again. Remember this is the strongest guy in NA as devon said.. his side pressure is crazy, but he needs his neck to be right to throw himself to the side like he does
Not easy to slip from Laletin's vice-grip on the thumb. That last round was god damn awesome. I didn't think Dave would be able to do that in his current rest-needing form, when Laletin is getting a lot better than he was recently.

Jodi ruins every event that she's in We want to watch armwrestling not to hear her screams. If everyone were shouting and cheering that would be awsome but it gets annoying when you only hear one.
