Thanks for the video. In my manual it says to remove the breather plug before greasing the front axle one and then when grease comes out put plug back in. I’m not sure why it states that. Have you done it that way or just pump grease in it? Thanks
Yes, remove breather plug a bit to get grease all the way through. I should have shown that... To be honest, I don't always do that though. Maybe every third greasing...I'm always in such a rush just to just get going...
My old L2850 has the same setup as yours. After looking for grease fittings I decided it must just be sealed and have a protective dust boot. The L2850 is decades-old, so they must hold up... hopefully.
@@sunnyhillfarm Mine is less than a year old, a friend in TN said to go get a "grease syringe," attaches to the end of the grease gun fitting, inject IT into the grease bag, grease it THAT way !!
