Hello to everyone. Welcome to my channel. We will cook Kurabye shortcrust pastry cookies tonight.
Beat softened butter with powdered sugar, add egg protein and lemon juice.
Then pour parts of sifted flour. Less flour may be required, so we introduce it in parts.
If still the dough turned out to be thick, then you can spread it with milk (literally a few spoons).
We transfer the dough to a confectionery bag with a nozzle
and deposite the cookies on the parchment or baking mat.
We put jam on top of the cookies.
We bake in an oven heated to 210 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
Kurabye cookies are very simple to cook and it is certainly tastier than the cookies from the store.
I suggest you make an equally delicious "Verb" cookies.
