Apparently, KyoAni is reputed to have one of the most healthiest work environments in the anime industry. I guess that's what quality breeds and how quality is sustained. Through happy and healthy employees.

KyoAni's reputation as a animation studio is better and have a very nice enviroment some of their staffs are housewifes and newbie animator and yet they give a fair amount of money and day-off that's why KyoAni's animation is always on top

First time I got this cliche question, but I'm happy to answer it I'm using Premiere for editing For the visuals, I found Gifs in (the good old) Google Images. And the openings on Karaoke Mugen

I don't think I will. I'm more focused the production side rather than the animation one. But if I find an interesting story about Shin Ei, I'll make a video on it
