New units can be a little nerve wrecking for sure , but take a deep breath and stay as calm as possible. If there’s tons of people in the room I look at it as , well if I’m unsuccessful at doing it at least I know I have people around who can step in, because at that point it’s not about me it’s about the patient. You got this !!!! Don’t cut yourself short and stay positive 🥰💞

I’ve been working in OB for a year now and it’s intense! It’s a lot of fun and super rewarding but definitely not the easiest! You definitely have the personality for OB, you’ll be amazing!

I feel the same way, c/s make me nervous because everyone waits for you, looks at you and relies on you to do certain things, and while the tasks are little, it’s still nerve wrecking lol and I often end up forgetting the right order or forgetting something all together, and someone else does it….lol. But we are learning and taking notes and trying to remember just gotta keep doing it and we wi have it down one day!

That's a great idea. That book will be filled with very useful information soon. Do you have a an air fryer yet? That's a must have. ☺️
