I have MS and was thinking of adding this but guess I'll have to take a pass. Does anyone know of something with similar benefits that won't make me worse? I take Kesimpta.
Im not sure why this research has been kept quiet when everyone is advocating all the benefits of L Ruteri specially Dr Davis from increased wellbeing, better immunity, increased serotonin and strength...when in actual fact this L Ruteri strain can increase autoimmune disease and can increase chances of contracting MS (Multiple Sclerosis) a terrible disease 🤔
@@davidcavill1518 I'm getting this information from a 2022 study by the "University of Vermont" Just Google "university of Vermont study, gut bacteria in multiple sclerosis" there's also a video which I cannot upload, interesting stuff, I have since reduced the amount of L Ruteri I ingest and include other strains...
@@noproblem2big337 I have a greatly improved anxiety response from taking L.reuteri + tryptophan which seems to be deleterious for autoimmune diseases.
There are multiple strains of L.reuteri similar to how there are multiple strains of E.coli. The E.Coli found on lettuce can kill you while the E.coli within the body behaves differently. Davis is advocating for a specific strain or l.reuteri iirc.
