Yeah, scary as shit, but you gotta “tighten up” and show no fear! You never wanna come face 2 face with ona them biatches. Of course, the Chinese tourists were gett’n close to the bear and takin pictures…like it was some kinda tourist attraction…so I yelled at em and said get the fk away from that thing, it will rip you to pieces! Of course if they could understand the English language… they just looked at me, and kept walking towards the bear…damn stoopid…

September 27th I was kayaking at Topaz Lake, Nevada, and I saw a medium sized bear. There is nothing to eat at the lake other than sage brush. I'm guessing it was displaced from the last 2-years of local fires. I'd be careful while being anywhere near South Lake Tahoe, California.

Yes the fires have been displacing them. Topaz lake, I used to go fishing with my dad there when I was a kid…yes it’s unusual to see a bear there. A wayward bear…
