MUTTON PULAO. This is a recipe which takes me to my childhood every single time & I will love to share it with my BASANT FAMILY.
This is a simple but fast moving recipe with a lot of cool tips to make your dish a success!!!!
INGREDIENTS:-
3 Glasses Rice (2 cups = 1 Glass)
5LBS MUTTON
STOCK /YUKHNI:-
6 Glasses Water
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TBL SPN Coriander Seeds
1 TBL SPN Fennel Seeds
2 TSP Black Zeera
2 Tomatoes
1 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic
2 Green Chilies
2 Black Cardamom Pods
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
10 Black Cloves
1 MED Onion
5 LBS Mutton
MASALA :-
2 Cups Oil
2 MED Onions
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TBL SPN Red Chili
2 TSP Garam Masala
2 Tomatoes
1 Cup Yogurt (whipped)
1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped & washed)
KACHUMER :-
2 MED Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped & washed)
2 Lemons (juice)
SALT & PEPPER to taste
CILANTRO RAITA:-
1 Bunch Cilantro (chopped & washed)
2 Cups Yogurt (whipped)
2 Green Chilies
1/4 Cup Milk
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP Black Pepper
BLEND IT SMOOTH
