Lando, Jeff, and Elon have at least made most of their money on ethical endeavors, the same cannot be said for Donald unfortunately, he has abused the bankruptcy system to stiff his contractors and employees out of wages they earned through hard work in good faith that their boss would pay them what he had promised them! Many of those poor folks depended on those paychecks to cover their basic needs and the needs of their families! People like Donald will never understand what it's like to lose their homes or go hungry because some greedy asshole ripped them off! And also he has abused eminent domain to kick people out of their homes to make money for himself! The fact that he does things like this by choice, not even out of necessity is very troubling and shows his true character, his lack of empathy for his fellow man is sickening! 😠 He is a very selfish individual and doesn't deserve his fortune, his celebrity status, or his position in office! I really hope he was visited by 3 ghosts this Christmas and will work towards being a more compassionate person going forward, but I doubt it... I have no problem with people getting rich as long as they respect the rights of others while building their fortune. No, I'm not a libtard, I know Killary would have been much worse, I'm an Libertarian, I hate all politicians, law enforcement, and anyone else who steps on the necks of others for personal gain! Every person deserves to be free and have the opportunity to earn a fair living in the world! Cloud city has an added bonus, its already completely run by a local government, he literally has to do nothing but make a decision occasionally since it already runs itself being a fully functioning high class city, and it beats the other mining ventures purely because the gas mining is as safe as possible when mining and magnitudes less dangerous than mineral or spice mining,after all what better investment is there than becoming a king or a duke
Allen you are are right again about capes, ...... I am wearing one right now! Sometimes, I only wear a cape and a smile! As far as investment, Cloud City is by far the best option.
Darth Xeven Never underestimate the regulatory environment or competition. Cloud City _was_ a legitimately good investment, but even great investments still have risks. Lando was able to escape the notice of both the mining guilds and Empire mostly by diversifying into other businesses, staying small and not expanding the mining aspect aggressively. But that only takes you so far: if Vader hadn't nationalized Cloud City, then the mining guild would have eventually strong-armed him into selling it to them, Standard Oil-style. By the time Han and Leia showed up, Lando's ownership of Cloud City had been living on borrowed time for years.
My favorite Lando business will always be the YVH-1 droids, by his company, Tedrando Arms. Terminator battle droids, built to look like Yuuzhan Vong and fight them, and including a vocoder with Lando's voice that would shout various blasphemies and insults at the Yuuzhan Vong in their own language. The Vong hate droids, so a mocking skeleton war droid was perfect.
You have redeemed Lando by highlighting his true radiance. Solo only showed him as a cape investor. Maybe the capes were laced with valuable drugs or rare fibers.
I remember Kessel. Liberating that rock was the most painful thing I had to do in the Wookiee campaign of Galactic Battlegrounds. The Imperials make a mad bum rush towards my base with large masses of troops, walkers, TIE Fighers, and even Dark Troopers. But once their initial rush ended, they ran out of troops and we casually destroyed one base after another.
@@dalepalmitier7114 Basically, they threw everything they had to destroy us. The first few minutes of that battle were the hardest. But when their assault failed, all we needed to do was sit down, build up our forces, then roll over to their bases, killing them one after the other.

I thought some of the vids way back, did have outro tunes, then it just abruptly stopped. I could be mistaken tho, it's been some time since I watched the older vids. I still like the content, I just miss the outro a tad bit, lol. Great vids Allen and crew. B)
Hey I'd like to become a patron but I can't afford your minimum per video level because of how much content you guys put out. I also give to other channels so it's tough to commit so much to 1 channel. maybe I'm missing something, but if I had the option of give a couple bucks a month I'd do that, and I think a lot of other fans would do the same. I actually agree with this video. I am a real estate investor and although the market now is not as much of a "BOOM" like it was years ago. I had experience in Computer Science and Tech development. Which I wish I would have entered into my focus to originally with my grand idea and not waste a year buy and selling homes for profit. Sure I made some money doing so, I wish I would have specialized in what I know. Now I am making that decision to change business ventures. The bright side is that I'm using my knowledge and connections from real estate space for my new tech which is a bonus I suppose

The planet is a gas giant, there is no ground. If the structure fails, it will fall until it either burns up in the atmosphere, or sinks far enough into the planet to be crushed by the extream pressure! 😳
Speaking of gases you should do a video about the different colors of the exhaust the different ships put out like how blue is like premium green is mid grade and red is regular aka low grade. You can also do it with the weapons blast color too. How in clone wars the blasts were blue cause funded from whole Galaxy vs the separatists. I notice a mistake in your video. At the end, you show us an overview of his bussinesses, but in this overview he has only 4 stars for Bespin. But during the video... you gave him 5 stars for it. The average gain of 3,8 stars out of 5 is correct, but the table beneath is misleading ;-)
Is Cloud City a realistic operation? Like, could we in real life find a gas giant that has rich resources that pay for the whole apportion? We don't have the tech to float in upper atmosphere since it'd either be crazy fast low orbit or some sustainable flight like those giant winged solar powered drones. But the bigger the scale, the harder it is delivering the parts to said planet. We don't have giant star ships to mine asteroids and instal such big things. Maybe it'll remain a pipe dream and our home planet recourses will outcompete space development.
