SANFORD BALLARD DOLE, President of the Republic of Hawaii: SIR: -- After full and free consultation with my personal friends and with my legal advisors and acting in conformity with their advice, and also upon my own free volition, and in pursuance of my unalterable belief and understanding of my duty to the people of Hawaii, and to their highest and best interests, and also for the sake of those misguided Hawaiians and others who have recently engaged in rebellion against the Republic, and in an attempt to restore me to the position of queen, which I held prior to the 17th day of January, A. D. 1893, and without any claim that shall become entitled, by reason of anything that I may now say or do, to any other or different treatment or consideration at the hands of the Government than I otherwise could and might legally receive, I now desire to express and make known, and do hereby express and make known, to yourself, as the only lawful and recognized head of the Government, and to all the people of the Hawaiian Islands, whether or not they have yet become citizens of the Republic, or are or have been adherents of the late monarchy, and also to all diplomatic and other foreign representatives in the Hawaiian Islands, to all of whom I respectfully request you to cause this statement and action of mine to be made known as soon as may be, as follows, namely: First. In order to avoid any possibility of doubt or misunderstanding although I do not think that any doubt or misunderstanding is either proper or possible, I hereby do fully and unequivocally admit and declare that the Government of the Republic of Hawaii is the only lawful Government of the Hawaiian Islands, and that the late Hawaiian monarchy is finally and forever ended, and no longer of any legal or actual validity, force or effect whatsoever; and I do hereby forever absolve all persons whomsoever, whether in the Hawaiian Islands or elsewhere, from all and every manner of allegiance, or official obligation or duty, to me and my heirs and successors forever, and I hereby declare to all such persons in the Hawaiian Islands that I consider them as bound in duty and honor henceforth to support and sustain the Government of the Republic of Hawaii. Second. For myself, my heirs and successors, I do hereby and without any mental reservation or modification, and fully, finally, unequivocally, irrevocably, and forever abdicate, renounce and release unto the Government of the Republic of Hawaii and the legitimate successors forever all claims or pretensions whatsoever to the late throne of Hawaii, or to the late monarchy of Hawaii, or to any past, or to the existing, or to any future Government of Hawaii, or under or by reason of any present or formerly existing constitution, statute, law, position, right or claim of any and every kind, name or nature whatsoever, and whether the same consist of pecuniary or property considerations, or of personal status, hereby forever renouncing, disowning and disclaiming all rights, claims, demands, privileges, honors, emoluments, titles and prerogatives whatsoever, under or by virtue of any former, or the existing Government, constitution, statute, law or custom of the Hawaiian Islands whatsoever, save and excepting only such rights and privileges as belong to me in common with all private citizens of, or residents in the Republic of Hawaii. Third. I do hereby respectfully implore for such misguided Hawaiians and others as have been concerned in the late rebellion against the Republic of Hawaii, such degree of executive clemency as the Government may deem to be consistent with its duty to the community, and such as a due regard for its violated laws may permit. Fourth. It is my sincere desire henceforth to live in absolute privacy and retirement from all publicity, or even appearance of being concerned in the public affairs of the Hawaiian Islands, further than to express, as I now do and shall always continue to do, my most sincere hope for the welfare and prosperity of its people, under and subject to the Government of the Republic of Hawaii. Fifth. I hereby offer and present my duly certified oath of allegiance to the Republic of Hawaii. Sixth. I have caused the foregoing statement to be prepared and drawn, and have signed the same without having received the slightest suggestion from the President of Hawaii, or from any member of the Government of Hawaii, concerning the same or any part thereof, or concerning any action or course of my own in the premises. Relying upon the magnanimity of the Government of the Republic, and upon its protection. There are proceedings at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) underway as I post this to reconstitute the Tribunal in the Larsen case into a Commission of inquiry for fact finding. Two of those arbitrators are now sitting Judges at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The third continues as arbitrator for the PCA. This stuff is real and is as serious as a heart attack. The U.S. State Dept. through it's embassy contacted the PCA and said it did not intend to stop the proceedings and asked the Hawaiian Kingdom's Gov't permission to obtain copies of the pleadings. The U.S. gov't recognizes the Hawaiian Kingdom and it's gov't so I don't see how people can be so stupid to think otherwise. Just because the U.S. gov't is not making it known to it's citizens doesn't mean it's not real. Do you really think they would prematurely cause a geopolitical and economic nightmare for themselves. They will do what they always do, remain silent to buy more time and hopefully another administration inherits the problem and let their own citizens get blind sided without any warning.
Please let me know if it looks like the savages will take control of Hawaii. Property values will plummet, crime will skyrocket, and all of the smart people will flee post haste. A little notice will be helpful.
The Kingdom of Hawaii was overthrown (in the approved manner for all such moderately non-violent actions), and the Republic of Hawaii established, and existed from July 4 1894 . "The Republic of Hawaiʻi was the formal name of the nation of Hawaiʻi between July 4, 1894, when the Provisional Government of Hawaii ended, and August 12, 1898, when it was annexed by the United States as a territory of the United States." Thus, there was NO 'occupation' by the U.S. Therefore that entire argument fails.
Kamehameha, only with the help of the brains of the white man, established the kingdom of Hawaii. Prior to that, the archipelago had no common language, culture or political system; rather, it consisted of disparate chieftains constantly warring with each other. Several monarchs wanted statehood. Hawaii had no industry and many royals wanted to develop the islands. Of course they invited the civilized and intelligent people (whites) to govern (Kamehameha immediately upon conquest appointed a white man governor) and improve the lives of the inhabitants.
American laws are being pushed onto Kingdom Of Hawaii's Laws. 2 Different countries that Country's laws rule not visiting military occupied country. Btw to be a US citizen you need to have continuous borders. Alaska and Hawai'i can never be a US state! The United States are reluctant to be a part of the proceedings that is obviously so skeptical and brings in some very suspicious activity. Still then in a Lance Larsen case is the same as the above statements. But then the Hawaiian Kingdoms we’re disabled from making those decision because of the Overthrow. If the United States cannot refute the Lance Larsen case or even refute the Overthrow they are prime suspects to the case and should deoccupy Hawaii in regards to the question?!. Or when they can’t even defend those falsified evidence proving theirs no fraud and corruption and in other countries they should immediately pack their bags and deoccupy Hawaii in regards to the question?!. The subject of atui is correct the courts have not established that the body and the Dominium authority was legally passed over to them state the state is operating under falus title and illegally. imagine how backward the the current state of hawaii would be if the usa were gone from there most people who live in hawaii are us citizens and would take their money and the economy with them, not to mention medicaid and state aid. only thing else i can see if the hawaiian kingdom would take the land back by force which in actuality they cant, so most people are living in the future while others live in the past refusing to live for the next day just because reality doesnt go their way. i guess the usa should give back the native americans the north american continent and will all dance in fire circles and pray to false gods while russia and china invades for the taking. good job.

How stupid can you be??? Of course a Treaty is needed. That is why the U.S. tried twice to obtain a Treaty but failed and decided to unconstitutionally circumvent that legal requirement. Read the minutes of the debate for using a joint resolution by Congress instead of a Treaty. U.S. Senators and Congressmen clearly stated on the record that a joint resolution is unconstitutional and only a Treaty can annex Hawaii. They warned Congress of the ramifications for such and action. You are now seeing what they warned Congress about starting to take place and you are in denial. In fact the U.S. State Dept. through it's embassy in the Netherlands contacted the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) to inform the PCA they will not participate but had no intentions of stopping the case. They actually asked the Hawaiian Gov't and Larsen's attorney for permission to obtain copies of all the pleadings. You are foolish to think there is no Hawaiian Kingdom or Gov't since your own U.S. gov't just acknowledged both and asked permission of them for the pleadings of the case.
If u look it says 94% of Hawai'i voted for statehood. In reality only about a 1/3rd of Hawai'i was eligible to vote and most of them were haoles. Even if u go back to the ku'e petitions, 38,000 Hawaiian signatures were against the annexation of Hawai'i. Be advised, that was 90% of Hawaiian nationals. Anyone who thinks Hawai'i is apart of the United States of America is lying to themselves
