This was so good to watch, and it was very informative. Sometimes some client try to be slick with scheduling one thing to try to get a cheaper price while some are not aware of what they really want, so they just book something just to get the appt because it's most convenient for them. I had both done to me before and had to explain it to them.

I actually like that both of you send reminders to the client about their upcoming appointments. I have a similar thing set up with Dr's appointments. Where they notify you of the upcoming appointments. And you either confirm that you will be there at the appointment or you say that you will not be able to make it either way. But my question is has there ever been a client that didn't like the lash did the lashes that were done

Great question! Not typically no. We usually have an in-depth consultation prior to the appointment so that we are both on the same page in regards to the outcome of the set😍
