Law Centre Digital Guide PIP Part 2 

Part 2 of a Digital Guide published by Law Centre (NI) to assist individuals without representation appealing a decision on a Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
This part of the guide provides an opportunity to view a fictitious PIP appeal. Not all appeals are exactly the same, however this part of the guide is designed to familiarise individuals bringing an appeal with the likely format of the actual appeal hearing itself. It also illustrates the type of questions that might be asked by an appeal panel. Finally, the guide explains next steps where an appeal is successful or the potential options open to an unsuccessful appellant.
