A bit of a different video... Matt noticed a leak in his master bathroom and took us along for a video tutorial. The first thought he had was that the wax ring that seals the toilet to the closet flange was starting to leak, which was basically what happened. The reason, though, is due to sloppy builders more than anything else. This is a great lesson in why you should get an inspection, even on new construction.
