I love to mix it up personally.
I follow a routine with both.
I like to have more protein and fat earlier in the day so I’d have lean ground beef for breakfast or lunch.
Then I would have a leaner protein like chicken breast for supper with carbs, like rice, potatoes, etc.
I think it’s worth noting all the details; Macronutrients, Micronutrients, AND affordability.

Absolutely. I always shop for sales on red meat. Whole cuts tougher cuts. I’ll mince it myself if I need or slow tender cook it to delirious. & a half the plate of vegetables. Get to know your local butcher mark downs. They have to move it.
