The hoop is one of the most basic movements in gymnastics. If you want to be a good gymnast, you must do this movement perfectly. I recommend you to practice the AMUT movement before or simultaneously with the hoop movement. Because while doing the hoop movement, there is a serious amut movement in the movement.
