Good lesson, I would like to know if วัน นี้ เค้า กลับ ไป ทำงาน means he has gone to work in a place away from me while I'm speaking about this fact; and วัน นี้ เค้า กลับ มา ทำงาน means he has came to work where I am while I'm speaking about this fact . (that means we work in the same place).
