I don't see why you use IITian's word (he do hav a name), what he is today is his hardwork. There were thousands of IITians but only a few made till here. How his mother made him learn English : - Make you uncomfortable - How to cope up with all this stuff - A small but a strong confidence buildup .( Give real feedback, and which they r good , give them praise . Confidence is not come from inside but its from outside ) 2. If you say No to so many things then you end up saying Yes to those things you are very uncomfortable, like he did in his college time : - Do those things as well which are valuable to you in future . 3. Training Event at jaipur : - If you want to do something announce it , then you end up doing it public pressure sometimes.( Burn the boat by announcing) - If you want to achieve something then ask for it to different different people. - Make your team members responsible for their works .

I really really agree to the point raj sir has made related to confidence.. i have personally experienced it that when a person with whom u work or from whom ur learning or anyone who appreciates you in what you are doing it builds confidence in us .. and we work even more and get better at it thanks for sharing this valuable advice its very very important.

Heyyy I just wanna ask one simple thing that don't you find it repetitive or not so new after meeting so many people and successfully bringing out the best from the best
I have a feeling... this current series where you interview people where theyvshaee their life experiences... This is gud and is smthng that can be done forever as there will always be people.. But it gets repetitive also after a point where experienced or learnings overlap... so what I'm saying is that at some point do you plan to bring a conclusion of the learning in a separate series like episodes named suach as "confidence", "trust" , etc in the future,....a series wherein there are no guests but your learnings from all the interviews or other things ever..
I personally never comment but I have to say that this guy is making good content i personally like his content and have watched all videos I just want to him make more content like this
