that resonance at 1:27 could also be made with Resonators or with Corpus Reverb, i think that might be more plausible because it seems more logical and straight forward to do instead of adding another synth layer
I don't listen to a lotta EDM and Dubstep but Skrillex is always someone I can appreciate bc of the way his music manages to blend hiphop and electronic music and add his own spin to the tracks as well. The vocal processing on that JB track looks easy but is something not many ppl would think of when recording a vocalist
It's not innovative if you've been listening to actual 140/dubstep stuff for the couple of decades it's being around. It's just a plastic copy of what people have been doing in these genres for such a long time.
