And also if you understand basketball, just turning a #1 option on mediocre teams like Bosh and Love into 3rd options isn't the advantage people think it is. Those guys became stars because they had the ball in their hands majority of the game, so when they join a team with 2 players even better on offense than them , it takes away what they did best and made them elite in the first place. When someone like Rodman is your 3rd best player , he doesn't need to adjust at all , he's heavily impacting the game on defense and the boards regardless of who is around him. I don't think player debates are black and white, especially comparing across eras , depends what a team needs or what the style of play from the era requires you to be good at, but Lebron definitely has a case as the greatest of all time and I believe he is.
