I ordered mine last week and it's already on the way. I got the comfort package and mine came with a free upgraded light. Something to do with a Spring flash sale. All total with tax my cost was $1,167.72. I also can't believe people calling y'all cheaters. Some people are just mean. I guess they'd really hate me because I was big into motorizing bikes. The thing I like about an e-bike is that I can hit the trails and couldn't with the motorized bike because they're banned.

I just got my bike this week. It took 13 weeks from date of order to delivery but it was worth the wait. I can't wait to try it at the beach!

Had them since they came out, they fit in back of our Toad. I beat mine up fishing but they keep plugging along. I have a fold up cart that can hold 80 lbs. Been a nice investment!

I remember when the hand held calculator came out selling for over two hundred dollars now they practically give them away. Power bikes will be selling for a lot less in the years to come but for now way over priced.

We’ve had our two XP 1.0 since November 2019. We travel full time too. Other than a couple of rails to trails and a few city bike trails we don’t use them much. We don’t like to ride much on city streets due to traffic. We find them very rough having no suspension despite buying Cloud 9 seats and Lectric’s suspension seat posts. We tried a dirt trail and found very uncomfortable. Does the 2.0 front suspension, narrower tires and wider handle bars make the 2.0 version more comfortable than the 1.0 versions?

We do find the front suspension helps to absorb most bumps. The thinner tires make the bike a bit more agile too.

Hi Ron. Yes, both bikes will fit in the cargo area of our Grand Cherokee, but we only put one back there. The other rides in the back seat. Doing this just makes it easier to load and secure them.

I am curious if you have tried riding the Rad Mini? Rad's handlebar seems even wider, and provides for a lower center of gravity. Thanks for your review!

I am thinking about the Lectric, Rad Mini, or the Rattan LM 750 folding bike. My big thing is customer service and battery. I wish Lectric had a little bigger amp battery. Do you get range anxiety? I always look forward to your videos!

Yes and no. The new battery is a bit smaller, but the quality is supposedly higher. Many that’s a fair trade off🤷

One thing I want to know is will the stepthrough seat adjust at its lowest point lower than the XP version. My wife is very short, and my XP 2.0 seat is a bit too high for her

The stock seat and seat post on the step-thru is about 2 inches lower than the XP. Hope this helps.

As loose as your neck straps are your helmets will never stay on if you fall off your bike. I have fell off my XP and glad my strap was tight under my neck. Stopped my head from hitting the pavement. I know it is uncomfortable but it could save you a lot of pain.

@@LyfUninterrupted I have the 1.0 XP although I like the front suspension I would not trade for smaller wheels and smaller battery. I have an extra battery so I can go 40 miles throttle only. I am 76 and this bike has made me feel like a kid again. Tried to ride a regular bike but there are hills here in northern Alabama and I just couldn't make it up some of them Your video was very informative and well made.

What is the lowest seat height from the ground in inches ?

We didn’t measure, but the height is about 28 inches for the step-through model and about 32 inches for the standard model with the seat post at its lowest position. Hope this helps.

How long does one full charge last? Is there any difference on that from the 1.0 to the 2.0?

Hi Megan. Between 25 and 45 miles. This of course depends on many factors such as: weight of the rider, types or Terran and how the PAS and throttle are used. Hope this helps.

Hi guys! I love your videos and follow your channel. Do you think someone who cannot pedal a regular bike would be able to ride the Lectric2? I have very bad mobility and I miss my bike so much. I'd have to have a bike that I could start off without pedaling.

Hi Suzy! We’re glad to hear you enjoy watching our videos! The Lectric XP Step-thru version would probably work well for you. It has a lower frame that makes it easier to mount the bike. All Lectric XPs have a throttle, so they are a good choice for those who need that feature to get rolling from a stop.

Warning below: Nice video and looks like an excellent bike, but I have found policy everyone should know and particularly International and Canada if you read their no return policy, its basically a “buy it at your own risk” and no returns. Website Policy: You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee. In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised). Our refund policy is ‘All Sales Final’. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after the bike has shipped.

I received my 2.0 step through bike and have tested it on 2 rides. On the first ride I was in Pedal assist 3 most of the ride and nearly exhausted the battery in just over 12 miles. On the 2nd ride on flat ground, I made it 20 miles in pedal assist 2 and 3. This bike is not suitable if you plan to ride it more than 20 miles. The battery is under 10ah and just doesn't have the reserve power (I'm 240 lbs). The company when I brought this to their attention told me this was normal and that I should try to sell the bike to someone else.

Hi Dan. Sorry to hear your not happy with the Lectric Step-Thru. Keep in mind that the mileage estimates are for flat ground and a max rider weight of 180 pounds. We recently did a 34 mile ride on varying terrain using mostly PAS 2 and occasionally 3 or 4. We had 2 bars of battery power remaining after the ride. Guessing we could have gone another 10 miles or more. In our opinion the mileage estimates of 25-50 miles is pretty accurate. Also, the new batteries that came with our bikes started to perform better after 4 or 5 charge/discharge cycles. Give it a few more full cycles to see if it starts to perform better.

My least favorite upgrade (downgrade?), is the smaller battery. At my weight, and the hills I live in, I need every watt. But then, their batteries are cheaper than anybody’s.

Seems to be the case for lots of companies as they struggle with shipping delays coming out of a pandemic. We tried to get some replacement tires for our coach, but they were delayed 90-120 days. You’ll forget all about the delay once you have your bike. They are a lot of fun.
