This is a walk test of the new Lectrosonics DBSM / DBSMD Digital Transmitters comparing the new HDM and D2 modes. We are receiving two DBSMD transmitters, one in HDM at 2mW output, the other in D2 at 50mW and receiving them on two DCR822 receivers, one with shark-fin antennas and the other with whip antennas in a bag at ground level.
Please note that this is not intended as a test of audio quality and the focus is on RF performance.
The DBSM single-AA and DBSMD dual-AA digital bodypack transmitters are the latest in the long and hugely successful SM Series of miniature transmitters and are part of the Lectrosonics digital ecosystem.

The units can be configured as either transmitters or recorders, with files stored on microSD card memory in the industry standard Broadcast Wave .wav (BWF) format at 24 bits, 48 kHz sample rate.
