Lee was one of my fav bodybuilders of the 80s,90s. Genetics aside, it's Lee's intelligence that stands out to me now in my 50s.

I just found/subscribed to your channel today. I wish there were more of these videos geared toward us older guys. I'm 63 and lift 3-5 times a week. I also do 12000 to 18000 steps every day, haven't skipped a single day in 41 weeks now.

It's so great that this platform is here to enable legendary people like Lee to communicate not only to his long-time fans but to reach a much wider audience. Always first class information from a guy who still walks the walk. Awesome!

I used to love behind neck heavy seated press...now even using 1/3 as much weight and less range of movement my shoulder joint kills me...doing laterals, bent laterals and using a dumbel grabing with both hands front raises works best for me...going to be 65 in 3 weeks...old age is tough, but i still love training all the time...

Such a great video, so good to see Lee connecting with his old training partner and friend. Lee is the GOAT, has maintained his physique and continues to inspire me as much as he did back in the day.

Hey Lee I’m a big fan! Great tips here. I noticed that there was a lot of ‘crunching’ sounds in the background - I hope that wasn’t your joints! I can relate! 🤔😂

Lee, I have followed you since the 80s, I have competed (all natural) in the 90s in my 30s. Now at 66, I still train with extreme intensity (2 body parts at a time - back bis etc)legs are own day- but I’m shot for 2 days after every training session , can train every 3-4 day. Naturally speaking, how can I recover faster??
