Just had both knees replaced, one 8/7/23 and the other 11/28/23. I'm in the rebuilding and restrengthening phase and it's great to see Craig doing this workout! Motivating!

Loving the longer videos. I really enjoy watching, and learning from one of my fav bodybuilders of yesterday. I'm 50 now, but still train like i'm 30. It's good to have reminders to not go full speed all the time. Thanks for the continuous motivation you bring to so many who have admired you for years blah blah lol. Take care.

My Dad had both knees replaced about 3 years apart...he was so happy he did that...then he started having issues with his back and his overall health started to deteriorate. After several trips to the hospital with different issues, he finally had to be put into an "assisted living" facility where he spent his final days.

Old days it was #1 health, #2 strength, #3 appearance. Today it's in reverse.
