le seul truc que je vois de bien sur cette vidéo, ce sont des musiciennes ! LSP a toujours été dans mon coeur pour ces fabuleux enregistrements en studio, pour le live... c'est un autre choix.
Terrible morceau hiper roots, je trouve. J'avais perdu un peu de vue ce bon vieu lee scratch perry qui sortait des albums reaggae dans les annees 73/74. Je pensais qu'il avait vrille vu sa tenue. Mais surtour quand je l'ai vu a LANDERNEAU il a exige une ralonge de tune au dernier moment pour monter sur scène, du rackett en fait et j'avais pas aime comme bcp d'autres..... Mais je l'ai loupe cette annee a lampaul ploudal ou il ce produisait cette année.... Mais la!! Superbe vibe j'adore vraiment bpc ce morceau en live vraiment top......comme quoi!!!!!! Ses annees a travailler ses propres sons qui etaient pour bcp de gros tube, et une colaboration importante avec bob marley c'est vrai un grand gourou et un fin technicien por poser son texte d'une facon tres propes et pleines d'energie. Il suffit d'ecouter les cris de la foule a la fin pour comprendre le pied devant ce live......
At that age he can do whatever he wants no body is gonna gong him, he's done way too much in reggae music, I'm sure they are just glad he's still around and can still freestyle, I think it's ok, I saw him jump up a few times, I was like oh crap!

I was looking at an interview with him saying bad things about Bob Marley I don't know what went on with him and Bob Marley but he don't even like the family. I know that some of the songs he wrote for Bob Marley but why singing like this the lyrics don't make any sense.
He is giving his opinion.. telling his story...on his rhythm...at his own pace and timing...he says what he wants...he is revealing his inner thoughts.. ad-libbing... Doesn't have to sing the scripted version you know... It's not foolishness to who knows the story.. the history.. Sounds like mystery or gibberish to those whose mind is structured in rigidity..
Rhythm can bend and twist as it is a phenomenon of nature tapped into by reggae musicians. Not one track minded. Like the versatility of the universe. Knows no bounds...
This man is overrated like so many reggae artist trying to ride the Marley wave. This man is border line lunatic. I'm Jamaican and was closely align with the music industry but objectivity is a great virtue.
@@chantalama2342 who gives a flying fuck that he was a pioneer of reggae. He, like most black men crave for white women and for that I have no respect for them. He's not alone though. You can count in a couple of the Marley boys. Blood suckers and opportunist is what they are.
From the early to late 70s he showed genuine originality & id say 'genius ' in his productions- many of which- 'the Congos' , Max Romeo, prince Jazzbo, Jr Murvin ,Junior Byles & many more were unable to ever equal their work with Perry who also released 2 great dubs ' Blackboard Jungle' & ' Revolution dub' ..+..' Cloak and dagger' ,'Super Ape' as well as guiding the Wailers into their 'Roots Rebel Rock ' phase.....
