I *love* this idea! I really pride myself on leftover makeovers. I have recently made cheeseburger mac & cheese with Big Mac sauce from grilled burgers, baked potato soup with ham from Easter dinner, then diablo eggs with leftover spaghetti sauce and cabbage/potatoes. Now to figure out what place to choose since my favorite place is a pizza place and there is never leftovers.

You don't need to fry, but you can heat them up either in a pan (cast iron, if you have it) or stick it in the oven (Oven has better results). NEVER microwave fried chicken like an amateur

@@aureliuszeta3037 At most. I would just stick chicken in the microwave for just 20-30 seconds after pulling them out of the oven (375° for 10 minutes) just to ensure it has reheated all the way through.

@@TheNightOwl11683 What? Then what's the point of the oven? The oven reheats the chicken while keeping the breading crisp. If your chicken is cold after putting it in the oven, you're doing something wrong. Flip the chicken over and turn around the pan. The microwave is completely unnecessary.

I reheat in the microwave, I'm hungry damnit, I'm not waiting for the oven to heat up :) It's fried chicken and usually from Church's, there's nothing that can be done to make that chicken fancy. Now if I had made the chicken (which due to the long process, it'srare I make fried chicken), then maybe I'd go that extra mile. But in reality? Nah.

I know everyone loved the waffles but I made fried chicken for Christmas dinner for my roommate and I, so I had some leftovers and I used the hack at the end to reheat my chicken and it worked! Thanks, Babish
