I realized that i would normally get cramps right in the morning when I was not covered by my bed sheets- since I would get hot and it’s winter, my room gets nice and cold I enjoy that. The second I stretched I would feel the cramp and I immediately cover my leg to get it warm. THIS REALLY HELPS! Think of a rubber band, it won’t stretch probably if it’s cold. I would then massage the place of the cramp and within 2 mins it was GONE! I truly hope this helps someone
I am 32 weeks pregnant and since my since 20 weeks ive been experiencing cramps, the first time i had it i cant able to breath it was too painful and i dont know what to do i just woke up from pain, crying and shouting. Then after that i cant walk properly. . . Now but now in 32 weeks it becomes worst. And husband woke up 7 am scared hearing me crying and shouting bcox of the cramps.
Hi , i will be glad if you reply me. I am currently in a situation i can’t consult any doctor, untill i get registered as a new patient. My last period was on 12th of july, i was intimate on 7,8,9 and 11th of august. i was expecting my period on 12th of august but its been 13 days i missed my period , i took home pregnancy test twice, once on 21st other on 23rd , both were negative. However, i have some symptoms like, tiredness, abdominal cramps….!!! i want to know that, should i wait few more days and if i get pregnant what will be my conception date. Please reply 🙏🏻
Same thing with me tests came negative but after 20 days my dad checked the pulse and said your are pregnant take another pregnancy test. I went to take one more test but before that I just checked previous tests those were positive 😢
