I am in the last week (12) of your “Leg Killer Workout”. I always struggled to gain weight, but with this workout I’ve finally made progress…I have to buy new pants though :-)
It's hard to take you seriously when you have a new "favorite" exercise for various things every month. And wtf is this graphics and effects what u think we're 12?
@@marcrodriguez5007 we don't know what he's doing. Every week there's a new "best" way to increase mobility, explosiveness etc. It's obvious he's lying to get more views. Some of the exercises aren't even good. They just look cool for someone who's never been in a wl gym but think they are weightlifters because they watched lu on atg.
