Hi, Goankars, Lesley and her medley of interesting characters, Maria, the soft spoken and timid, almost childlike, Lesley, the kingpin leader with a heart of gold. Jaya, the bold and beautiful and challenging, Viola, with a healthy appetite and cute naughty smile, Maria's daughter, and Evelyn the jack of all trades, ❤... I was hooked when I chanced upon your channel. May God bless this group..🎉
Presentation, explanation, good job. My mouth was watering throughout. Quite a lot of gravy & slices were reasonable too. Thank you Lesley for sharing this recipe.
Thank you Lesley for your excellent Pork Roast recipe. I am watching you from Melbourne, Australia. Your recipe will help me greatly to make my Pork Roast. Thank you all once again and God bless you. Compliments of the Season and A Happy New Year 2024. Nigel Fernandes.
For sure very tasty, i'm going to try to do your recipe here in Lisboa 😊 the only dificulty will be to find all the spices you mencioned. Hopefully there is a groing indian community here, so I guess I'll finnaly find those spices. Btw, thanks for your channel and the words in the final of the recipe, it's touching to see there is still a memory of "pai", "mãe"... ❤ "padrinho"...
Aha... One of my favorite meat. " Pork"... Comin to Goa in August month. Will this time surely ask my North Goa friends to take me to South Goa. Jus for food. Thanks dear. Cheers❤
Hi Marina, I tried this one in the video from the Saligao Tuesday weekly market (may have stopped during the monsoon). But usually I buy from the ladies in Margao and Mapusa markets who make excellent vinegar. Good pork shops also keep good vinegar. These are not in branded bottles but in old alcohol or PET bottles
Hello Lesley ma'am, I enjoy watching your videos...Me and my wife will be visiting Benaulim between 12-15 August...We would really love it if you and Maria ma'am could join us for lunch one of these days...We can go to any local Goan Thali place as per your recommendation...Let me know if that's feasible...Thanks
Hi Swapnyl, to ensure our safety, we don't respond to requests to meet from men on the internet who we don't know. If you are keen to meet, please ask your wife to get in touch on lesleyingoa@gmail.com. Cheers

But in North America we don't get your kind of vinegar. Much appreciated for the recipe. Now its Maria's turn to cook a dish. I Hope your fingers were okay. from the dog's mouth?
hi Nelson, I really don't know because have been buying unbranded from New Market, Margao for so long. In south, mostly everyone eats Margao choriz. But i will ask my North Goa friends
