* Cucumber : 1 cucumber
* Dark soy sauce : 15 ml
* Kelp tea (granulated) : 5g - if you do not have kelp tea, you can substitute “granulated dashi”.
* Salt : to taste

1. rub cucumber with salt. 2.
Cut cucumber into bite-sized pieces. 3.
Add seasonings and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 4.
