After training at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Osaka, they worked as the head chef at a tempura specialty restaurant (Inagiku Umeda Daimaru branch) and honed their skills at a sushi and kaiseki restaurant before returning to their hometown in Shimane Prefecture. They currently serve as the manager at a restaurant in Shimane Prefecture.
