OMG GUYS..I MUST SAY THAT IM REALLY IMPRESSED....U GUYS ARE DOING A GOOD JOB....I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I WAS UR VOLCANO GUIDE....STAU SAFE GUYS...MUCH LOVE 💘
Great video guys. That waterfall was the ultimate pulsating shower head. Beau, take care of that back! I'm 70 and didn't when I was your age and boy did I mess up! Get reminded everyday. Thank you for sharing your adventures. Take care, stay well and get dirty when you can.
The best stretch for the back is the other way -- forward: Child's pose in yoga. Touching your toes from a lying-down to sit-up position in ballet. Standing with legs apart in second position in ballet, touch the floor, bum in the air, legs as straight as possible -- to get down further suck in belly. The exercise you were doing constricts the muscles. Doing forward exercises stretches them. Be gentle and always warm when you stretch. Actually as I watched more, as well as moving your back down (not good), you did move it up (good). Hope you guys have some anti-inflammatories.
This video had a "cliff hanger" ending. 😎As usual the video was beautiful but that road side food stand looked out if this world! Wood fired oven fresh baked bread - wow. Cheers from Juneau Alaska, Greg Chaney
I was ginning ear to to ear while watching this weeks adventure. I'm so glad you're enjoying good times and good friends and I hope Beau's back is feeling better. Cheers :)
Ahhhh, that looked amazing! I pray that Beau had some relief from his back pain. Although I don't see how hiking up and down that mountain 🤔 could help bring any relief. I think it would have been more beneficial if he had followed up with a deep tissue massage the next day, then a nice swim and then a nice long sleep. Just my opinion because I have a ruptured disc because of lifting, tugging, pushing, pulling and all the other things life throws at ya. I see how hard he works just sailing. Sailing isn't just sitting back and enjoying the view and I realize that. BOTH OF YOU WORK INCREDIBLE HARD TO SAIL AND TO BRING US THESE WONDERFUL VIDEOS. THIS WAS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF ALL THE HARD WORK THAT GOES INTO YOUR VIDEOS! I APPRECIATE ALL YOU BOTH DO TO BRING US THE ENJOYMENT, THANKS FROM A VERY LONG TIME FAN FROM THE BEGINNING. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND TAKE IT EASY. MUCH LOVE AND HUGS FROM- TENNESSEE 🇺🇸 🌎 USA
Thank you for bringing back my great memories of my time in St. Lucia!!! Congrats on 35,500+ salty sailors!!! You guys are Killin it on the vlog game!!💯💯💯⛵🌊💖✨💖✨💖✨💖
@@BeauAndBrandy Yep, the tour guide told us when we went to the botanical gardens! Also been to the volcano! George Foreman had or still does( not sure if he sold it) have a round house in Marigot Bay.
George has workout areas everywhere. Last heard he was raising white shepherd's in a town called, Cut & Shoot, Tx. Really, that's the name. About the falls, it looked cold... The temp changes of the two ponds in today's vlog!
This was a fun one! I love to eat and that stop looked amazingly delicious! I was slathered in mud once in Belize :) I know some time has gone by but how is the peat moss in the toilet? I've heard that peat can attract bugs whereas coco fiber is usually more 'sterile'? Love following your adventures! Hi Oona!!!
Mud bath....ok..hot mud bath....I have to admit I did enjoy the hot springs in Japan...like a water park for those "adults" in the room. i.e....no splashing etc.. You scrub up..end enter the hot..boiling water one 4"step at a time so your body gets used to the temps. It gets a little..."testy" around the nether regions...(boiled eggs if ya catch ma meanin') I am taller than most Japanese so the 1000 + year old water park, was a little shy of full for me. There is kiosk for you to sit and watch the sunset or sun rise while steaming your stress away...A natural "shower" awaiting you in the water park... Fond memories for sure. Oh...you guys do need to cross the P canal first! Maybe later. Have fun and stay safe!
Such an amazing waterfall. The mud bath looked pretty cool too!! Beau I hope your back gets better soon!! There's nothing worse than back pain except for a toothache!! Beautiful video guys. Much ❤ to you both..
Susan & Tony here from Michigan. We were in St Lucia in 2019. How did you like driving on the roads. I feel it was one of the worst scariest I’ve ever seen. Very stressful. ♥️ If your still there and get a chance go to Marigo bay. That’s where we stayed. I think we got lucky and it was the most beautiful.
No S__t, I use Midnight solar out of Seattle too. Charge controller and inverter. They are great off-grid. My application is in the mountains of Mendocino however. Watch that salt air.. I've got stories about how there great customer service has been, later time
Made the trip form Castries to the mud baths and Pitons. Absolutely stunning. The drive is half the thrill, glad you guys thought so too. Try it at night for a real fright full experience. Hope you had a chance to visit some of the Cocoa plantations.
LOL. yes driving was an whole other exceptional experience on top of everything else. Unfortunately we didnt get to the cocoa plantations. :( covid had some of them closed.
I just discovered the history of your boat’s name and Kevin of the channel Sailing Oceans explained the name, architect and sailor. It’s a great story but I would like to know why you chose the name!
BEAU!!! check out first 20 seconds of Sailing millennial falcon #117 For Exact view of Inhauler,,So simple to set up Also the little close hauling sail they run is hanked on to separate head stay....Leave Reaching sail there
Glad you two are doing well. I have been alot of midnight runs so I have been busy. I built a bar for the garage man cave putting up christmas lights for the wife. As well. Take care hope to find time to check back in with you two
Awesome falls! Peat moss? Didn’t know you had to have aboard! Takes up much space? I thought you were growing something lol. Is it hard to find on the islands? I could talk your ear off about back problems but I won’t aside from saying that’s why I have to go multihull lol. Looking forward to those falls when I get there though! And of course a volcanic rub down! Fair winds BnB!
Looks like fun. Please be careful in Hot Springs not to submerge your head. Read about Jordan Smelski Foundation. He was an 11-yr old boy who contracted amoeba and passed away after a Hot Spring. I never heard of such a thing until hearing his story but wanted to share...
@@BeauAndBrandy We hauled out three days ago in Delaware, because we kept getting hit dead on by all the storms. Going to try again next spring. Thank you guys very much for all the information you put into your videos.
You're not in this area I don't think, but I just read a news release that said a Japanese freighter just lost 1900 shipping containers overboard near Hawaii in the Pacific. They said the containers are drifting in all directions. Please notify any yachties you know of that are in the Pacific.
About that sign warning trash attracting snakes. The trash attracts rats. Snakes eat rats. Unfortunately one of the prettiest snakes on St. Lucia are also....one of the most deadly in the Americas. The Fer de Lance (also called the Saint Lucia Viper). They need protection and trash (with rats) brings them within reach of scared people who believe the only good snake is a dead snake. You best watch where you put your feet and hands in Saint Lucia in those remote places (east side of Lucia). As always I enjoy your videos.
Last year we went on a 7 month sailing trip form Crete to the Netherlands. Returning home I found out boat live weakened my legs and back and deteriorated my mobility completely. Common things that I could do easily before, became a problem! I hadn’t really noticed it on the boat that my abilities were down. The next time we’re leaving there will be a regime.....
Dude you wanna take care of your back I have one collapsed disc and one bulging disc in my lumbar spine and I'm on morphine and percocet and I can't make it across the room without a cane and on a bad day I have to use a walker it's from years of working construction thinking I was invincible
Aye m8’s, I know you don’t film every step, but is it because of veterinary restrictions you can’t bring your four legged friend on island hikes like this?
most of the trails do restrict dogs. but even so, if they did, oona bear is 16 and isn't the spring chicken she used to be, so that's why you don't see her hiking with us. Believe me, we would love to have her. But she loves her lovely beach strolls
