Let's Glitch Pokémon Yellow Part 28: Various TM Glitch Moves! 

I think that glitchmons and glitchmoves are a lot cooler than regular ones

I belive the reason why "MISSINGNO." (the 1st 1) levels down is because it inherits the level-up group of the target pokemon, just like the other stats. Pidgey & NidoranF are in the medium-slow level-up group, while Ratatta is in the medium-fast group. At lower levels, medium-slow pokemon level up faster than medium-fast pokemon, which is why "MISSINGNO." would alternate between level 8 (Ratatta) & level 11 (Pidgey & Nidoran). I'm also quite sure that X Accuracy makes you skip the accuracy check (like Swift), so you only need to use 1). I feel like I commented this already on 1 of you previous videos. Explosion has a bp of 170 in this gen; however, because it halves the foe's defense (temporarily), it's effectively 340bp. I don't know the bp of TM09, nor whether it halves defense. For anyone wondering, Selfdestruct has a bp of 130, but effectively 260 because of the halved defense.

You remind me of my childhood. I remember I watched a series on RU-vid by MissingnoXpert about glitching Pokemon Yellow. I definitely have to watch the rest of this series (starting from the beginning since this is the first video I've watched of yours.)

Idk if anyone has said this yet but X Accuracies in gen 1 are actually makes every move avoid accuracy checks so using just one will make you hit every attack

The Fossil/Ghost MissingNo’s level curve becomes that of the last Mon you fainted when going to level up. Thus, if your HP is low enough, you can cause an integer overflow & give them infinite HP so long as you never use a healing item or go to a Pokémon Center either with them! They also end up getting their typing determined by whoever you have out when attempting to catch them. As for the TM glitch moves, they’re definitely a mixed bag of potential. The major issue is that some have effects that don’t work properly, they have too much PP or they have insanely low accuracy. Say you combined TM 05 & TM 13 into a move: You have a 85-90 base power Ice Move with 50% accuracy that boosts evasion twice. That’s not bad. In addition, TM 28 in Yellow is Bug Type, making it the best bug move in the game. 85 power, 47% accuracy, a chance to drop a Mons Special…. It could wreck psychic types if placed on a Pinsir, Scyther or Parasect. Same goes for the TM Ghost moves, or even TM 06, a simple Poison move.
